PS : By the way... is there a simple way to change the default locales
in Ubuntu (instead of UTF-8) ? It would be nice that it could be
possible as because of that, in some languages (like french, spanish,
etc.), you even cannot copy some files on USB sticks or external HDD
(and other things).

This is not a problem for me as I know how to change it, but it is a
problem for newbies (you have to edit text files and then run a command
through the terminal) and they just don't understand why they can't copy
some files and just think that "Linux does not work".
