I'm also seeing this in Fedora, running the most recent releases and updates. I'm pretty sure I don't have the NVidia card. This is an older gateway, probably an Intel video card?
Firefox seems to be the only offender, other graphical programs don't cause the logout. I also hear the fan kick on and have firefox slow down for no apperant reason, so the CPU overloading by firefox may also be going on. Opening and closing different tabs seems to make it (the logout issue) worse, but it'll happen with just one tab and one browser (no activity on other workspaces/desktops). Can anybody recommend a good browser?
