Public bug reported:

In up-to-date 14.04 LTS, I see that the script /etc/network/if-
up.d/mountnfs sources /lib/init/mount-functions.sh (line 14). This file
is not present the current initscripts version (2.88dsf-41ubuntu6)
though debian's 2.88dsf-13.1+squeeze1
(https://packages.debian.org/squeeze/amd64/initscripts/filelist) lists
this file.

This bug is similar to #432029 which has been closed already 2.5 years
ago, so I am opening a separate report.
