Public bug reported: On opening electrum for the first time there are three options: 1) Create new wallet 2) Restore an existing wallet from its seed 3) Create a watching-only version of an existing wallet I select "Create a new wallet" and click "Next". The window disappears, then reappears with the same three options. I click "Next" again. The same thing happens. I click "Next" a third time and a small window pops up with title "Error" and message "No seed". I click "OK" and the application exits.
I cannot get beyond this screen to the actual application.
