I think that would be a maintenance nightmare if I understand your request correctly, and for very little gain.
I don't see how this information can be easily and consistently parsed from the information that is available via http. As such, pastebinit devs would need to generate and keep up-to-date a list of mappings between pastebin+pastebinid to raw-URL.
