As a reminder, I think apps shouldn't be able to add -- and therefore
users shouldn't be able to remove -- Online Accounts plug-ins in the
first place. <https://lists.launchpad.net/ubuntu-phone/msg09520.html>
Two of the benefits of that approach would be that neither of the
problems described here would occur: they wouldn't show up in the
"Storage" app list (because they'd be part of the OS), and you wouldn't
have to worry about what happens when they're uninstalled.

That said, the list of apps in "Storage" really is for apps. The only
reason it doesn't have an explicit "Used by apps:" label is that "Used
by apps" is already the last item in the chart legend. Dash scopes can
reasonably be classed as apps (moreso with new Dash designs in the
works), but Online Accounts plug-ins can't be. The most sensible
category for them is "Other files". Specification updated.

** Description changed:

That's using rtm 138, the storage panel lists some account plugins
(reminders, fitbit, ...), those clicks don't include an icon though.
Not sure if the UI is supposed to list them and how... it could be a bug
in those clicks that should provide an icon, or settings should maybe
  not list them, or...?
+
+ <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/AboutThisDevice#storage>: "The storage usage on
+ the device should be categorized, in order: ... * “Other files”
+ (including Online Accounts plugins)"

** Changed in: ubuntu-ux
       Status: New => Fix Committed
