Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-driver-nv
X server hard-restarted back to GDM at seemingly random point of time (I was switching desktops when it happened) I was running the following software at the time: - Firefox (was experimenting with Gnash plug-in for first time...) - Gnome Terminal - Exaile music player - Emesene messenger The included Xorg log provides a backtrace and the following error: Fatal server error: Caught signal 11. Server aborting This has only occurred once for me so far. I suspect the nv driver and/or Gnash (as this was the first time I installed and used Gnash on this system), although this is pure speculation. ** Affects: xorg-server (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: xserver-xorg-driver-nv (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- fatal server error, signal 11 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/138244 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
