Public bug reported: The summary explains it all. I am currently using linux Ultimate Edition 3.8 on a really old laptop. It has an AMD Mobile Athlon 64 with ATi Mobility Radeon 9600 Turbo graphics and 512MB of RAM on a 60GB mechanical hard drive (I don't remember the RPM speed). Hope that helps.
