I am not sure whether this is a bug in ubuntu per-se. I had switched off wireless using the side switch, but could never enable it back via toggling the switch.
Ultimately, i rebooted using "lenovo quick start" (the "QS" button on the lower right side of the screen), and was simply able to enable wifi back using the config option. Rebooted back in ubuntu and the wifi was working fine again. If you dont have "quick start", you could try booting under windows and using the fn+f5 to re-enable wifi. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/577114 Title: [Lenovo IdeaPad S10-3] Wireless and Bluetooth switch does not work correctly on lenovo ideapad s10-3 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/linux/+bug/577114/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
