I'm on Ubuntu 14.04 with pgadmin 1.18.1 Favorites menu option is disabled for some reason. There was similar report on pgadmin mailing list: http://www.postgresql.org/message-id/51bb61b1.5070...@auxbuss.com which was unfortunately unresolved.
