can you upload ~/.cache/unity-tweak-tool/debug.log from the machine you saw this crash?
Looks like one of the underlying gsettings keys have been messed with in the 14.10 release. I figured it is on the launcher tab and is a switch control, but that is all the information I get from the traceback.
