@tony indicators are restarted by upstart. If the respawn limit is reached it means that the indicator crashes constantly upon starting and that's _bad_.
This bug was reported before the i-network branch was part of the landing. There are two bugs in one on this: one is about flightmode crashing the indicator ("fixed" by the attached i-network branch) and other is about i-network hitting the respawn limit. I haven't witnessed such thing happening after the invalid "" state was fixed. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1371320 Title: Network Indicator crashes and doesn't restart To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indicator-network/+bug/1371320/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
