@tony indicators are restarted by upstart. If the respawn limit is
reached it means that the indicator crashes constantly upon starting and
that's _bad_.

This bug was reported before the i-network branch was part of the
landing.

There are two bugs in one on this: one is about flightmode crashing the
indicator ("fixed" by the attached i-network branch) and other is about
i-network hitting the respawn limit. I haven't witnessed such thing
happening after the invalid "" state was fixed.
