Found: TermReadKey 2.32 (libtermreadkey-perl arch=any)

So as expected, dh-make-perl uses META.json (that's its preferred
source of information), and indeed:

% grep TermReadKey META.json
   "name" : "TermReadKey",

So this very much looks like upstream getting the name wrong. I don't
think dh-make-perl can do a lot here ...

This looks better:
% grep Term::ReadKey *
Makefile.PL:    NAME         => 'Term::ReadKey',
[..]
