I can nonfirm: Debian fixed problem. I just installed 3 packages from experimental on my Lubuntu 14.04 amd64 without problems: aspell_0.60.7~20110707-1.2~exp3_amd64.deb libaspell15_0.60.7~20110707-1.2~exp3_amd64.deb libaspell15_0.60.7~20110707-1.2~exp3_i386.deb
