Binary package hint: monodoc
No major changes were made to the Monodoc codebase for the 1.2.5
release, however, the monodoc package must be built against the latest
mono sources to have up to date documentation. As a result, we depend on
the latest mono release (1.2.5) and bump the version numbers.
