- HP ProLiant m400 cartridges currently require kernel commandline arguments to 
properly initialize hardware. pci=firmware needs to be passed to stop the 
kernel from reinitializing PCI resources, and 
rio-scan.static_enum=1/rio-scan.scan=0 need to be specified to do static 
enumeration of RapidIO.
+ PCI clocks get initialized incorrectly causing issues with PCI-attached 
devices (SATA and network). RapidIO devices take a very long time to initialize.
