EXPECTED: Resume from suspend with all system/userland services in pre-
suspend state
EXPERIENCED: Networking inop - Sorry, I simply don't know how to debug
unity networking. restarting the networking service via service
networking restart - no effect. /etc/init.d/networking stop/start - no
effect. ifdown/ifup wlan0/eth0 - no effect.
NOTE - It's not likely the card, I distrohop fanatically and these
issues only occur with Unity desktops.
