Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: fai-server

In fai 3.2, update-initramfs is diverted and replaced by /bin/true,
during the creation of the nfsroot (make-fai-nfsroot).

This is done so the initramfs doesn't needs to be regenerated for each
packet that want it to be that way during install. In the end of this
process the divert is removed and update-initramfs is explicitly run
"update-initramfs -k all -t -u".

The problem with this is that it won't generate a initramfs because the
statefiles for initramfs-tools is bork because that it didn't get
created during the postinst-script for the kernel package.

This is a bug thats in the future, in a ubuntu perspective, because
gutsy has fai 3.1.8 or something.

The quick&dirty way to fix this is to remove the divertion in make-fai-
nfsroot, The right way to fix it is to ether patch initramfs-tools or to
fiddle with the linux-image postinst-script.
