The signals I see comes from the system-settings UpdateManager plugin,
so it's likely a logic problem in that plugin. I've never looked at
this code before, I'm trying to get my head around it now. There must
be bug in system-settings that is triggering the multiple downloads
requests, I'll try to figure that out on my end. But there must be a
bug in s-i-d too causing it to crash if it gets a download request for
an update that is already downloaded.
