** Description changed: Binary package hint: mutt If I try to log in to a certain IMAP server using TLS (mutt -f imaps://server), the connection is dropped after I enter my username and password. mutt reports that the "SASL authentication failed". Logging in to the same IMAP server without TLS (mutt -f imap://server) works fine. Logging in manually with openssl works as well. This is mutt 1.5.13-1.1ubuntu3 on feisty. I am not sure how to debug this. Is there a way to observe the network traffic in an unencrypted form when I use TLS? Some way to tell mutt to output debug information? + + EDIT: This may be a duplicate of bug #65821 (which I didn't see before, + because it is closed). I will investigate this further and mark this bug + accordingly.
