I have exactly the same problem as eMKi (mkisovec), but with Ubuntu 14.04 and dual video card system (Intel Hasewell and Nvidia GEForce 840M). I use Nvidia trive 331 and Bumblebee. Used to work pretty fine. The problem appeared today, may be due to a recently updated package. Seems that I'm not the only one experiencing this:
