In fact that's the same issue bug the other bug got closed. What do you
recommend here, using standard items rather than the header ones
(headers are more on the left in the toolkit for some reason)?

I'm unsure if that's a bug in the toolkit (the fact that header elements
are not aligned) or a bugs in settings for using header (if that's the
wrong widget to use here, do we have any guideline of when headers are
supposed to be used?)
