Hi since I do not use the eduroam wireless network daily I couldn't test it earlier.
Today I used it for about an hour with the 3.17.0-031700rc3-generic from http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.17-rc3-utopic/ without any problems. I even "stress tested" the wireless for about 15 minutes by downloading a 1GB file.
