Comment #24 fixed my problem too! After I tried regulatory domain setting, disabling 802.11n and disabling power saving mode.
This is certainly not happening on other platforms. What can be done to get this fixed? First I guess we need to file it to the proper place. Is it a NetworkManager issue (it should not trigger the scan for other BSSID) or a wpa_supplicant issue (scanning for BSSID shouldn't disconnect ongoing sessions)?
