Public bug reported:

running under twm, as desired, new windows must await a mouse click
before they are fully displayed.

when a new call comes in, linphone starts ringing, and attempts to
display a window announcing the call, which must await a mouse click
before being fully displayed. if i am not sitting right there, the
ringing goes on and on long after the caller has given up, until i click
the mouse.

twm is functioning as desired. new windows are not welcome to interrupt
my typing until i am ready to receive them.

for me to keep using it, linphone would preferably stop ringing when the
caller gives up, even if new windows must await a click.
