I've seen this error occur on m3.medium (3.75GB RAM) and c3.large (3.75GB) EC2 instances, but not on m3.large (7.5GB), m3.xlarge (15GB) or t2.small (4GB) instances.
Interestingly, it also does not occur on t2.micro (1GB) instances.
