It sounds like the 3.13 test build is better but still not perfect. Is this correct?
Once you feel confident in your results, I'd appreciate it if you could try 3.16 for a longer period and see how it compares to the 3.13 test build. If it's better then there may be additional improvements we can backport to 3.13 to improve the connection.
