Debian wheezy has 0.8.10-4 which includes all the fixes mentioned above, except for #717063. This release also includes all the changes currently in the Ubuntu version (0.8.4ubuntu0.3). There is also a 0.8.14-1 version available (http://snapshot.debian.org/package/nss-pam-ldapd/0.8.14-1/) which should be the most stable and well tested 0.8 version available.
