Alexander, it seems that the bug you mentioned is quite old and maybe my kernel already has the patch: 3.13.0-32-generic Moreover, the bug itself seems quite different from that one affects my PC. Last but not least, it's not clear to me how to install and test the mentioned kernel patch.
