gcc (Ubuntu 4.8.2-19ubuntu1) 4.8.2 RHEL 6.5 has an older version gcc (GCC) 4.4.7 20120313 (Red Hat 4.4.7-4) There is no order sensitivity in Fedora 20 or RHEL (I use the Scientific Linux clone).
