Hello, I've found myself, and resolve the latest issue ...
I've made a test with the guest account and i've noticed sound is working well. So i've made a backup of pulse folder (~/joe/.config/pulse/) and then i've delete all settings in the pulse folder, and restart the system. Now it seems to be fixed. Sound Panel is working again and have a list of all my soundcards.
