At the end of the bug description, there is a section  with the tags
separated with a space. Click in the yellow button to edit them (you
need to separe every one with a space). After adding or removing tags
click on the green button with the "✓".

PS: With the 3.13.0-30 kernel the bluetooth button now partially  (if bluetooth 
is enabed I can turn it off and the led will turn ambar. Still I'm unable to 
turn on bluetooth again until I do a full reboot ) works.
