Public bug reported: Binary package hint: powertop
When running powertop, it suggest adding the usbcore.autosuspend=1 to grub's kernel line to turn on usb autosuspend powermanagement. Unfortunately, when booting you get this error message: unknown boot option : usbcore.autosuspend=1 ignoring I have read somewhere that this autosuspend should be added to /etc/sysfs.conf after installing sysfsutils module/usbcore/parameters/autosuspend = 1 but i'm not sure that works. ** Affects: powertop (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Powertop suggest to add usbcore.autosuspend=1 to grub's kernel line, doesn't work https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/136549 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
