Kubuntu 14.04, Atheros AR9462 Wireless Network Adapter.
Sometimes the connection disconnects and disappears from the list of available
networks in network manager.
Enabling/Disabling "Airplane Mode" from KDE's network manager sometimes helps,
sometimes doesn't.
Running "sudo iwlist wlan0 scan" a couple of times helps every time if
Enabling/Disabling "Airplane Mode" fails.
Also, sometimes I get a prompt asking to re-type the wifi password.

The problem happens randomly (but relatively rare - 1-2 times per week), with
different routers with strong signal, sometimes even just after starting the OS.
Kernel 3.13.0-30 amd64 (happened with older kernels from 3.13 series too)
