Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
Authorization to Flickr was lost. Hitting the Authorize button to re-
authenticate when uploading to Flickr brings up "HTTP 403, Forbidden".
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
I tried running with --debug.
* What was the outcome of this action?
It prints a bunch of mono-related stuff.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
It doesn't display the URL it tries to access. (I suspect that the http
API address has changed in Flickr, but cannot be sure.)
