Curtis, the "dpkg -S" command can help in situations like this.

$ dpkg -S /usr/share/locale/l10n
kde-runtime-data: /usr/share/locale/l10n

$ dpkg -S /usr/share/locale/currency
kde-runtime-data: /usr/share/locale/currency

Reinstalling the kde-runtime-data package should take care of this for
you.
