Public bug reported: I am on Linux Mint 16 (based on Ubuntu 13.10). I have a Canon iP4950 printer with gutenprint drivers (Canon PIXMA iP4900 - CUPS+Gutenprint v5.2.9).
I can print a test page fine, but when I try and print a PDF from evince it fails silently with a success message. Following the instructions from https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems I have generated some log output which I am attaching.
