So strange, after ungrade to 3.13.0-30 version only set up
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="net.ifnames=1 biosdevname=0" at /etc/default/grub
helped.
Even fixed biosdevname had stopped to work.
Ubuntu is 32-bit.
