I am using Ubuntu 14.04 and I have the same problem when I plug an Olympus Digital Voice Recorder DS-5000.
The Voice Recorder has an internal memory of 1GB. Additionally the recorder has an SD-Card Slot. When I connect the recorder to my pc via usb with an additional SD-Card inserted, syslog shows the above mentioned sense key errors. Neither internal memory nor SD-Card is mounted via the automounter. When I use the recorder without the external SD-Card, the automounter correctly mounts the internal memory. PS: When using the external SD-Card, I can mount both memory portions by hand using the "mount -t vfat" command. Both memory portions are formated as FAT16. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/297792 Title: [Regression] Olympus LS10 internal disk in 8.10 don't automount To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/297792/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
