My above post is confusing in one regard. I was able to get Youtube music on my linux Firefox, and NatSpeak on my wine, simultaneously. I did one more test. I set pulseaudio autospawn to No, killed pulseaudio, and started Natspeak wine. Natspeak worked great. Andrew, you may wish to ask the developer listserv if this patch should be included in the regular code.
