Ok. I tested with 3.15rc7 and it seems to be fixed upstream. Please drip it downstream so I don't have to recompile my kernel all the time to play TF2 :)
Testing this hosed my machine somewhat as I needed some un-findable packages, such as the source for this kernel version to compile ZFS for my drives. Anyway to add source packages to upstream kernel dailies so this doesn't happen to anyone else?
