Windows says: "NEC OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 host controller" and the chip on the card says "NEC D72874GC, 0305E3074". Some other notes on the card says "MC1368C Multi 1, 94V-0, 0306" and uPD72873, uPD72874 Rev B. A note on the back side of the PCI card says PCI-IOFW874-2.
