I suggest this is bug with layout switch hotkey When it set to Ctrl+Shift, all Ctrl+Shift+Key hotkeys doesnot work... But all they works, when we do followed: hold Ctrl, hold Alt, hold Shift, release Alt, press Key - hotkey Ctrl+Shift+Key triggered now :)
