I saw this happen when I tried to log in to my work system this morning, having been on over the long weekend.
Caps-lock was on, and typing my password was rather awkward as a result. I have cap-lock bound to Control on this keyboard - there is no key mapped to caps lock, so it cannot have been the keyboard. I had to use a Python script, that directly called libX11, found on stackoverflow to turn off caps lock. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/649778 Title: caps lock turned on automatically from time to time To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-drivers/+bug/649778/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
