Feisty Desktop Effects:
When enabling and disabling desktop effects, even though the check-box
for a cubed workspace is enabled, it sometimes wont re-enable. The only
solution is to enable effects, try to make sure there are 4 workspaces,
uncheck both the wobble/cube effects and then check both again.
