It seems it was wrong, I cannot reprocude the relation with zeitgeist. Since 3 out of 3 my xfce installations on ubuntu have this problem and other dbus problems, but at the same time no one else seems to have these problems, I guess have to find an alternative distro to get xfce propperly working.
