Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. This octave upgrade error appears to be due to a missing
shared library that should be present on your system based on the list
of packages that were upgraded at the same time. This may be due to
local configuration changes, packages installed from PPAs, or the nvidia
driver packages.
Please paste the output of the following commands:
update-alternatives --display x86_64-linux-gnu_gl_conf
ls -l /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/mesa
ldconfig -p | grep libGL
