Would like to add that this behavior can be seen not only in title bar. Some programs (gedit for example) and certain gtk elements (as drop-down menus) also has wrong subpixel antialiasing. Changing setting between "rgb" and "bgr" in "/org/gnome/settings-daemon/plugins/xsettings/rgba-order" makes no difference for cases mentioned above. But when changing to "vrgb" or "vbgr" there is visible difference. It looks like some internal gnome or gtk setting is hard set to "bgr" and doesn't get value of "rgb" in any case. Turning monitor and picture 180 degrees confirms this statement - the text is smooth and without any color edges. In attached screenshot you can see the difference between gedit and leafpad rendering the same text.
