Public bug reported: After upgrading my ubuntu from 13.10 to 14.04 LTS, I cannot mount my Nexus 4 (Android 4.4.2) using MTP.
As soon as I plug the device in any USB port, I get the following error message: "Unhandled error message: No such interface 'org.gtk.vfs.Mount' on object at path /org/gtk/vfs/mount/1" Yesterday, before the upgrade, I had to just plug the USB cable and the device was mounted automatically just like a pen-drive. Please, somebody take a look on this issue. ** Affects: linux (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1311382 Title: Ubuntu 14.04 does not mount MTP devices To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1311382/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
