Public bug reported:

Steps to reproduce:
  - view newsfeed
  - rightclick on image
  - select 'Save As...'

Expected behaviour:
  - file select dialog opens, type in filename or use one provided, click okay
  - (this is the behaviour in the previous version, that came with Ubuntu 13.10)

Seen behaviour:
  - error message:
 Command failed: steadyflow add '*URL*'
Please check whether the configured download tool iss installed and working
correctly! You can change it in 'Download' tab in Tools/Preferences."
  - So I go to the application's menu, 'Tools > Preferences'. The tabs are:
Feeds, Folders, Headlines, Browser, GUI, Proxy, Enclosures, Plugins. There is
no 'Downloads' tab.
  - furthermore, the package 'liferea' does not have "steadyflow" as a
dependency.
